We're an online toy store with a special focus on LEGO sets. Our aim is to bring you quality products under the name toysforless.co.nz
How much does it cost to ship within New Zealand?
Shipping costs start from $6.99. Specific rates and regions will be provided during checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet, but we're gearing up to ship to Australia soon! Keep an eye on our website for updates.
Any special delivery options like weekend or Saturday deliveries?
Sorry, we currently don't offer weekend or Saturday deliveries. We appreciate your understanding.
Will I be able to track my order?
Absolutely! Every order comes with a tracking number. After dispatch, you'll receive an email link to track your order's journey.
Do I need to sign for my LEGO package upon delivery?
Certain parcels may require your signature. Please inspect your package before signing. If you notice any damages, sign as "damaged" or consider rejecting the delivery.
What if I'm not home for the delivery?
No worries! The courier will drop a card with contact details. Just give them a ring to arrange a redelivery or parcel pick-up.
Can I ship my order to a business or rural address? What about PO Boxes?
Business Addresses: Absolutely! Just make sure to provide all necessary details during checkout. Rural Addresses: We do ship to rural addresses. The cost for rural shipping is $14.99. PO Boxes: We can't deliver to PO Boxes, unfortunately.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Of course! Grab your LEGO set from our service center at 7b/30 Walters Road, Takanini, Auckland ,2112.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
Auckland: 1-2 days
North Island: 1-3 days
South Island: 2-4 days
Rural addresses: Up to 5 days
Note: Around peak times and holidays, delivery might take a tad longer. Thanks for your patience!
The item I received is damaged during transit. What should I do?
When you receive a parcel that looks damaged, please mark the receipt as "Received Damaged." Reach out to us immediately, and we'll handle the return of the damaged item. Once we receive it, we will send you a replacement, and the shipping cost will be covered by toysforless.co.nz. Please return damaged items in the condition you received them, with all original packaging
