Change of Mind

If you've simply changed your mind about a purchase, please inform us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition, unopened and unused, with all original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund will be processed, excluding any shipping fees.

Faulty Goods

Damaged During Transit

When you receive a parcel that looks damaged, please mark the receipt as "Received Damaged." Reach out to us immediately, and we'll handle the return of the damaged item. Once we receive it, we will send you a replacement, and the shipping cost will be covered by toysforless.co.nz. Please return damaged items in the condition you received them, with all original packaging
